The role of this commission is to assist the pastor and the director of administrative services (DAS) in managing the corporate aspects of the parish: finances, buildings & grounds, and personnel.
The work of the commission includes these elements:
- Stewardship of Time, Talent, Treasure
- Welcoming newcomers
- Volunteer recognition
- Personnel policies
- Budget development
- Upkeep of the buildings
- Lawn care & snow removal
- Gardens
- Fundraisers
- Technology
- Communications
- Office management
