The role of this commission is to assist the pastor and the director of administrative services (DAS) in managing the corporate aspects of the parish: finances, buildings & grounds, and personnel. 

The work of the commission includes these elements:

  • Stewardship of Time, Talent, Treasure
  • Welcoming newcomers
  • Volunteer recognition
  • Personnel policies
  • Budget development
  • Upkeep of the buildings
  • Lawn care & snow removal
  • Gardens
  • Fundraisers
  • Technology
  • Communications
  • Office management
