This is the largest parish fund-raiser. This year marks our 13th Dinner Auction and will once again be filled with lots of fun and great food. This years Auction will be catered by Chef Jack and music will be provided by Alumni Jacob Young. • Spinach Salad, baby spinach & mesclun, caramelized pears, feta cheese, and toasted pecans with sweet & sour bacon dressing.
• Tuscan Blend Vegetables, green & yellow squash, orange peppers, sun dried tomatoes.
• Princess Potato.
• Entrées :
• Sliced Tenderloin with red onion confit. Or Bourbon Peach Chicken topped with bourbon peach glaze.
Vegetarian entrée: Ratatouille En’Croute with marinara & portobella mushroom with potato & vegetable.
• Dessert Table: Assorted desserts & chocolate covered strawberries.
• Chocolate Cordials Course: Chocolate cordials passed to guests.
